I have developed a pain relief wellness program that works. I am self-taught after leaving the physical therapy profession in 1999. I did not learn what I know from my physical therapy education but rather from seeking answers for my precious clients and friends.</p> <p>My therapy is catered to YOU!  If you want light, you get light. If you want deep then I must include my education program. I don't hurt my body for yours.</p> <p>Also, I am one of the most detailed muscle-work or sports massage therapists on the planet. Many have said that I have the gift of healing.</p> <p>Now, however, I am also a health and wellness coach to help you understand more about your body after the massage session. So much is 'told' by your skin, muscles, joints and sub-cutaneous tissues that I am quite good at guessing some of your bad habits that can be causing your painful issues. In general pain should not be present in your body unless you've been 'hit' by an outside force. Your body should cleanse and heal itself daily and become pain free.</p> <p>I am your coach to wellness and your bodyworker to stimulate the body to heal.
