"The philosophy of health is what I'm trying to go after here. Most books out there are on what to do and I'm really trying to educate people on WHAT HEALTH REALLY IS, and how to approach health, and why do we have to be healthy on the first place."
"It's thinking right - that mindset that I believe that will eventually drive health care reform. It's not just what to do, what should I eat, and what type of exercises or meditation should I be doing, but an approach, a system which is based on Chinese military strategies from Sun Tzu on The Art of War, and based on that concept, what specifically to apply in health care" - your own health awareness and health destiny management.
Health Destiny Management
The typical health destiny for most of us will be as we age we start to get sick and they will be given medications. With medications, they create side effects and then we'll be given more drugs - more side effects - and then more drugs and then eventually a nursing home. Is that the path you want to take? Health Destiny Management focuses on making the right health care decisions so that we can guide patients to the right direction and therefore they reach the good destinations. "Health is a an action which one chooses not a reaction to a response of being ill." Dr. Kevin Chan.
